Happy Birthday

Titled "Happy Birthday" this oversize work measures 27" x 39" and features 70 motorcycles from the Serial Number One machine made in 1903 to the 2003 bikes. In addition, one single cylinder engine and seven of the famed V-twins are prominently displayed.

The poster has been produced by Carl Hungness Publishing, creators of the first historical poster depicting the Milwaukee made bikes back in 1983. Carl Hungness is also the man who created the highly collectible "Harley-Rider" comic book in 1988. His name may be familiar to automobile racing fans as he published the Indianapolis 500 Yearbook for 25 years plus a host of other racing titles.

"I wanted this to be a museum quality identification chart, " says Hungness "so we did not put any words on it at all. I hope the effect creates a classic looking poster. So far, everyone who looks at it smiles, so I’m happy."
